Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need to Know for Your Perfect Day

What does it take to book a wedding?

A signed contract, 25% non-refundable deposit and 3 additional payments spread evenly through the remaining time, up to the 30 days before your wedding day.

Are there any specific rules and regulations?

We require day of insurance and liquor liability insurance.

All vendors must be licensed and insured for the service they are offering.

Cash bars, shots and “self-serve” alcohol are not permitted. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.

If you are providing your own catering, we require a waiver to be signed releasing The Grove Estate from responsibility.

What is the “vibe” of your venue?

Our upscale elegant Estate has soaring 25ft ceilings, all white interior with black tongue & groove floor with majestic chandeliers throughout (many imported from Italy and France) giving that European country feel…. Nothing is rustic about this place.

When can we arrive and when do we have to leave?

You can arrive as early as 10am and the event must end at 10pm.

Can we stay the night?

Yes! The bride and her bridesmaids have access to the bedroom in the bridal suite (for an additional charge) that would allow them to “check in” at 7pm and use the suite thru the wedding day. This allows extra time for hair and make-up in the am.

What is the rain back-up plan?

We have two beautiful options we can share with you on ceremony placement inside. We have a full-service crew ready to flip any interior if necessary. The Estate also has covered porches that can accommodate up to 250 people for cocktail hour as the flip is happening.

Where do we park?

We have parking reserved at the venue for VIP bridal party, vendors and those needing extra assistance. Guests will park in our field and use our shuttle service to the venue entrances.
